SHIPPING POLICY

At Savannah's Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture orders quickly, safely, and with care. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and hassle-free, so you can enjoy your furniture without unnecessary delays.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping service.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Processing + Transit).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

3. SHIPPING LOCATION

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden costs for standard delivery at checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment directly through the carrier or on our Order Tracking page. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES OR DELAYS 

If your order experiences a significant delay, or if tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at Support@savannahsfurnituretx.com within 7 days. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and follow up with a resolution — including replacement or refund where applicable — within 5 business days.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your furniture arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email the photos along with your order number to Support@savannahsfurnituretx.com.

  • Claims submitted without photo evidence or after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Savannah's Furniture is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
